this town (and a busted camera)

This is the smartphone shot you take when your Hasselblad lens gets jammed on the camera. I somehow locked up the 500CM with 250mm lens so that the shutter wouldn’t fire, the winder wouldn’t advance and the lens can’t be removed from the body.

Apparently this happens when the lens is attached too slowly (??) or is otherwise not cocked properly for the mechanical interconnect. It is frequent or common enough that there are YouTube videos on how to disassemble the body mechanism just enough to enable the shutter to rest and the lens to be removed.

So I’ve got that project ahead of me tonight. Let you know how it goes.
