Could new gun law have prevented massacre?

Can we finally get some action? Crazy people don’t need guns. Better automation and computization of medical records will cut costs and make verification of mental history efficient.

We can apparently waste billions on border security in order to protect us from dangers beyond our borders. Why aren’t we spending those billions on something that would not only help prevent these useless and tragic deaths but improve overall patient care is pretty shameful.
