This event will provide an overview of the UltraViolet ecosystem and highlight new opportunities for innovation that are enabled by UltraViolet. Panelists from key members of the 60 participating entertainment and technology companies will provide perspectives of how the platform will create a digital marketplace much like the DVD format did for physical media. In addition, they will discuss the enabling features of UltraViolet that will allow startups to create both consumer services, such as content discovery, recommendations and user interfaces, and business services such as encoding content and metadata.
