The Commodore 64 is ancient, yet still younger than me

Damn I feel old. TechCrunch reminded me today that the Commodore 64 is 30 years old.

The C64 was my first computer I got it in high school where I think it’s very ownership made me defacto president of the computer club. I used a “souped up” C64 with RAM expansion unit, 2 1541 5.25″ disk drives, a mouse and GEOS to desktop publish, send to a print house and have laser set fraternity rush materials.

My roommate just liked playing games on it.

I wonder how many C64s it would take to equal the power of an iPhone 4S or my Motorola DROID Razr?
