Zappos is going holacratic: no job titles, no managers, no hierarchy

Color me skeptical. I’m a big fan of Zappos (and an occasional customer) but I wonder how well this kind of radical “un-structure” can work when you’re still going to be part of the larger Amazon whole. I don’t see how I could implement this within our teams.
