All Good Ideas Must Die

I just bought a framed copy of this from the @gapingvoid gallery. I’m going to hang it outside my Screenlife office.

There’s a message here that I’ve got to first communicate and then instill within the team. For all the success and awards that have been won in the past, they won’t secure the future. Good ideas, good process, good ways of working together have to go away in order to move towards new kinds of greatness.

“Because that’s have we’ve always done it”, “that’s the way we set it up” or worst of all “we spent thousands to build it, we can’t throw it away” are all remnants of good ideas that have to die for the greatest ideas to live.
