Dell confirms no ICS for Streak 7 while Streak 5 gets Gingerbread | Android Community
So after selling to Gazelle my Dell Streak 5 and 7 devices in frustration over Dell stopping sales and their glacial Android upgrade schedule it appears they have finally decided to ship out a Gingerbread (Android 2.3) update for the Streak 5. Thanks for nuthin’.
I’m really happy with my new 4G LTE Motorola RAZR, especially since I picked it up for $0.01 during an Amazon sale, but for anyone who still has a Streak 5 or picks up a used one this is good news. The Streak 5 is a great phone and a really good size compromise between a phone and a full tablet.
